Recently, I've been overseeing all of the media in the launch of an all-California Young Single Adult conference in August. The kick-off is this Sunday for the summer lead-up, so I've been incredibly busy.

Jesse Bushnell (as Emma Frost), Trina Talbot (as Storm), Russell Lloyd (as Gambit), Gavin Hood (Director of X-Men Origins: Wolverine), Zach Pond (as Wolverine), Other guy (as part of Mr. Hood's entourage? anybody know him?), Rachel Vincent (as Rogue).


Long story short, Gavin Hood, director of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, asked to take a picture with our group. He said we made his night. Twice. I suppose it helped that my friends were all dressed as X-Men characters. Where am I in the photo with Mr. Hood? No, I'm not the other random guy off to the right (seriously...who?). My character was the dutiful news reporter, so naturally I jumped out to snap the photo. Good thing, too, I was the only one from our group to get the shot.
